Miami Ad School Students who spent at least one quarter getting real-world experience in an agency.
Miami Ad School Students who spend 2 or 3 quarters getting real-world experience in an agency.
Miami Ad School is an international school and because of this if you enroll in one of our Portfolio Programs, Art Direction, Copywriting or Digital Graphic Design, you will be able to study in up to 4 different cities while you learn and work at the best agencies of the world. This is what we call Quarter Away & Real World Experience.
Students in our two-year Portfolio Program start by spending their first year at any of Miami Ad School’s locations around the world. After building a foundation, they have the opportunity to study and intern in up to four more cities in their second year. Every portfolio student can gain real-world experience within these two options: Intern Lab or Agency Lab
Intern Labs allow students to get real-world experience with guidance. Four to 10 students spend the quarter as a group in an agency. Part of the time the students are working on live client briefs. Part of the time agency mentors are helping the students develop their portfolios or submissions to international student award competitions.
Go to school in an agency. Half of your classes are in an agency and half at Miami Ad School. The agency’s creatives teach four to 10 students who participate in brainstorming sessions and seminars from other departments like planning, account services or production. In the evening, take classes at the school taught by advertising professionals in that particular city.
