WHAT IS A QUARTER AWAY?

It is a 3 month period in which you can move from your base school to another, visiting agencies and exploring other countries around the world.

The first year will be in Madrid, the second one, you can go to a different country for up to 4 quarters in a year.

3 MODALIDADES DE QUARTER AWAY

Students can attend classes at a Miami Ad School location in a different city from where they attended their first year. Partner with new students, take in the culture and expand your network of advertising professionals. This is also a great way to continue to take some classes you wanted but didn’t have time to in your first year.

Go to school in an agency. Half of your classes are in an agency and half at Miami Ad School. The agency’s creatives teach four to 10 students who participate in brainstorming sessions and seminars from other departments like planning, account services or production. In the evening, take classes at the school taught by advertising professionals in that particular city.

INTERNSHIP

Miami Ad School interns are treated like junior creatives. They have the chance to brainstorm on client projects, attend meetings and present their ideas to the creative director. If the interns’ ideas are selected by the client and produced, they will have the opportunity to participate in the production. All the students’ time is spent working on live client briefs
